Booking & Pricing

1. How do I book a session?

Booking is easy and takes just a few minutes! Simply visit our booking page, choose the number of photos or package you need, select an available date and time, and complete your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

2. How does your pricing work?

We offer straightforward pricing based on the number of photos you need—not confusing square footage estimates. This ensures that you know exactly what you’re getting, no matter the size of the home. Whether it’s a small condo or a large estate, you decide how many images you need.

3. Do you have different pricing for larger homes?

No! Instead of basing pricing on square footage, we keep it simple: you choose the number of photos, and we deliver exactly that. A small home might need just 5-10 photos, while a luxury property may require 40+. This way, you’re never paying for unnecessary images.

4. Do you offer bundled services?

Yes! We offer packages that include photography, video walkthroughs, drone shots, and virtual tours. If you need a custom package, reach out to us, and we’ll tailor something to your needs.

5. Do you charge extra for travel?

We serve Southwestern and Western Ontario with no travel fees within our standard service areas. If the property is outside our regular coverage zone, additional fees may apply, which we’ll discuss before booking.

Photos & Deliverables

6. How many photos do I need for my listing?

It depends on how much of the property you want to showcase. Here’s a rough guide:

Small homes (condos, apartments): 10-15 photos

Mid-sized homes (1,500-2,500 sq ft): 20-30 photos

Larger homes & estates: 30-50 photos

If you’re unsure, we’re happy to recommend a package based on your listing.

7. What is your turnaround time?

We deliver professionally edited photos within 24 hours of the shoot. Videos and virtual tours may take up to 48 hours depending on complexity.

8. How will I receive my photos and videos?

We provide a one-stop, all-in-one delivery system that includes a dedicated property website showcasing all your media in one place. You’ll receive a secure link where you can access high-resolution photos, video tours, drone footage, and virtual tours—making it easy to share with clients and listings.

9. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! If you need a rush delivery, let us know at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply.

Additional Services

10. Do you offer drone photography and video?

Yes! Drone shots are a great way to showcase large properties, unique locations, and scenic views. We are licensed to operate drones and comply with all local regulations.

11. Can you create a virtual tour for my listing?

Absolutely! We offer 360° virtual tours so potential buyers can explore the home remotely, giving them an immersive experience before they visit in person.

12. Can you add branding or agent contact info to the photos and videos?

Yes! We can add your logo, contact information, and branding to your videos and virtual tours upon request.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

13. What if I need to reschedule my booking?

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of the shoot, a small rescheduling fee may apply.

14. What happens if it’s raining on the day of my shoot?

For interior photos, the session can proceed as planned. If the weather affects exterior or drone shots, we can reschedule to a better day at no extra cost.

15. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the shoot are free. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee, as we reserve that time slot for you.

16. What if I have a special request for my photos?

We’re happy to accommodate special requests! If you need specific angles, edits, or staging recommendations, just let us know before the shoot.
